Photograph the full vehicle and then move closer to the area that needs attention. Include more than one angle when damage crosses a panel edge or when reflections make a mark hard to see. For interior, air-conditioning or headunit work, tell us the symptom or outcome you want rather than trying to diagnose the cause yourself.
Add the vehicle make, model and year, along with a short description of what happened or what you would like changed. If the work forms part of an insurance claim, say so in the request. We can then respond with the right next step and handle the claim paperwork when the job proceeds through insurance.
